All bookings must be on the official booking form, completed and signed by
the person responsible for the booking (provisional booking may be made by
phone but we must receive deposit within 5 days).
Deposit
A deposit of
25% per person for the duration of the booking
constitutes a booking fee and forms part of the payment for the Booking. The
deposit must be received before the reservation can be confirmed.
YOUR
DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Credit Card Bookings
The Foy Centre accepts credit
card bookings for which a 3% charge will apply.
Guarantee
A refundable guarantee of
€200
will also be required and will be
held in lieu of any damages, injury or loss occasioned during the booking of
the centre.
Payment of Balance
Must be received 6 weeks prior to date of arrival.
Non-compliance with this condition will result in automatic cancellation and
forfeiture of deposit.
Late Booking
A booking made on a date less than 6 weeks prior to
commencement date of booking must be accompanied by payment of the full
amount before booking can be confirmed.
Cancellation
Any booking cancelled within six weeks or less prior to
commencement date of the booking will result in forfeiture of the full
amount. Deposit is non-refundable.
Right to Decline
Carlingford Community Development reserve the right to
decline a booking for any reason with due regard to relevant legislation.
Right to Cancel
Carlingford Community Development reserves the right to
cancel a booking should a participant's) prove to exhibit inappropriate
and/or challenging behaviour, which in the opinion of the authorized officer
constitutes a danger to other members of the group, leaders, other centre
users or staff.
Right to Reschedule
Adverse weather conditions may cause a related activity
to be cancelled or rearranged.
Persons participating in centre-based activities do so voluntarily & at
their own risk & no claims shall be made against Carlingford Community
Development in respect of injury or loss arising from there from.
Participants are therefore, advised to obtain their own personal accident or
other insurances.
